Raisins soaked in Rum for three days prior to being coated in a thin layer of icing sugar in order to get the milk chocolate to adhere. Once the chocolate layer is built up we then dust in a layer of cocoa powder.

Milk Chocolate Contains: Cocoa Solids 30% Minimum, MILK SOLIDS 20% Minimum.
