Raisins soaked in Rum for three days prior to being coated in a thin layer of icing sugar in order to get the milk chocolate to adhere. Once the chocolate layer is built up we then dust in a layer of cocoa powder.

Milk Chocolate Rum Soaked Raisins

  • Milk Chocolate Contains: Cocoa Solids 30% Minimum, MILK SOLIDS 20% Minimum.

    Ingredients: Sugar, Cocoa Butter, DRIED WHOLE MILK, Cocoa Mass, Emulsifier (SOYA LECITHIN), Natural Flavouring (Vanilla).

    Raisins, Rum, Gum Acacia, Icing Sugar, Cocoa Powder.

    May contain traces of peanuts and other nuts.

    Store Cool and Dry.

    Our raisins are soaked in Rum for a minimum of three days prior to being processed. This is a truly delicious confection.
